PHANTOM DINER REVIEWS


A professional ‘outsider’ review of your restaurant or cafe, using similar detailed methods developed for the Association’s Awards for Excellence.
 
  • Check the quality of food, service and atmosphere
  • A complete review of the Cycle of Service provided in your business – booking, arrival, order taking, food and beverage sales and service, clearing, payment and departure
  • A useful way to check standards provided when the owner is not present
  • Full written report reviews 66 service areas and provides suggestions for improvement and recognition for work done well.
COST:
 
$110.00 (inc. GST), plus the cost of food and beverage for 2 people and travel expenses (when applicable). When you calculate the cost of the meal, please allow for the reviewers to eat a normal size meal with entree and dessert if appropriate, have a bottle of medium priced wine (if licensed), and leave a tip.

Phantom reviews are available in Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Canberra.
