- Legal requirements of the sale and service of alcohol in NSW
- Harm minimisation and duty of care
- Anticipating problems and managing patrons
- Assess and monitor the levels of intoxication of patrons
- Advise patrons on ‘standard drinks’ and the effects of alcohol
