This means
participants are taught skills and gain Nationally Accredited recognition in
modules that will enable them to be considered as preferred candidates when
applying for positions.
The Commercial Cookery
course
aims to develop basic kitchen and cookery skills, to assist in gaining
employment as a kitchen hand or cook.
The programme is targeted towards achieving a
employment outcome for each participant. Restaurant & Catering NSW will
canvas our membership for positions and support.
These courses are funded by Department of Education and Training (DET).
Evidence of competence in the modules of study is required for all
participants.
