| FISH ON FRIDAY
WHAT IS FISH ON FRIDAY? Fish on Friday is an innovative training program providing and developing skills in order to find long term employment or a career in the Hospitality Industry. The program involves the establishment of an operative restaurant, run by the participants. The restaurant will trade 1 (one) day per week and serve lunch. On other days, participants will be trained in bar, restaurant and kitchen skills. Some of the modules that will be completed during the course, such as THHBFB09B Responsible Service of Alcohol are (in NSW) mandatory requirements. Participants will also have acquired practical skills and experience in a restaurant environment, giving those who complete the program a professional edge when applying for positions.
The programme is
targeted towards achieving an employment outcome for each participant.
Restaurant & Catering NSW will canvas our membership for positions and
