SERVICING MEMBERS

The Industrial Relations Department of Restaurant & Catering NSW (R&C NSW) takes over 3,000 calls a year and provides members with immediate access to professional advice and representation on every aspect of their dealings with employees – whether it be a simple award enquiry or a complex unfair dismissal claim. The Association provides advice to members on licensing laws, retail tenancies and referrals to suppliers for a range of goods and services that are provided by our sponsors and associate members.
