Establishments within a private or government educational institution operated
as a permanent accredited training facility for students of the hospitality
industry. Restaurants are nominated by their Training Institutions. Both
Regional and Metropolitan winners will
be announced at the Metropolitan / State Awards in Sydney.

Restaurant
& Catering is again conducting the Awards for Excellence. There will
be more than 20 different industry events held around Australia to celebrate
the outstanding achievements of restaurants and caterers. These awards give
restaurants and caterers well-deserved recognition, promotional support and
help to attract incremental business.
And in
exciting developments for 2010, the Awards for Excellence:

administered nationally and is now known as the Savour Australia™
Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence

HOW TO
ENTER
Once again, members of the public are being asked to nominate their
favourite RESTAURANT or CATERER by voting online at
savouraustralia.com.au. Restaurants must first be voted for to be
eligible to enter. Catering businesses can either be voted for or instantly
enter by downloading the below.
You can vote for yourself
and so can your peers, staff, customers and suppliers!
An advertising campaign to promote the online voting will be printed in
The Australian and via other selected media throughout February and
voting closes at 5pm on 7 March 2010.
