Restaurant and Catering NSW/ACT (R&C NSW/ACT), the largest Association covering the hospitality industry, is a non-profit employer Association that serves and represents over 2400 members of the restaurant and catering industry throughout NSW and ACT. Members of the Association consist of restaurateurs, caterers and suppliers to the industry.

Founded in 1922, our vision is to achieve a restaurant and catering industry which enjoys support through excellence and staff commitment. Our mission is to lead the restaurant and catering industry and to help members improve their business.
